You also acknowledge that any course offered by TIM Consulting will not lead to formal accreditation, certification, or qualification and may not be recognised as prior learning for any other accreditation, certification, or qualification.
You waive any right to make any claim against TIM Consulting or any of its directors, officeholders, employees, or contractors regarding any information, course, or course materials provided to you or upon which you may have relied.
You agree not to commence any proceedings or take any action to enforce or maintain any claim against TIM Consulting or any of its directors, officeholders, employees, and contractors.
You agree to indemnify TIM Consulting and each of its directors, officeholders, employees, and contractors against any liability, loss, or costs arising from any breach by you of this agreement.
"Claim" means any claim, action, proceeding, or entitlement, whether past, present, or future, whether known or unknown, which you or any other person has or might have under or arising out of or in any way connected to a contract or other arrangement with us.
"Us/we/our" refers to Total Information Management Consulting Pty Ltd ACN 619 450 332. Users of this website are directed to the Privacy &Security Notice.
Enrolment Agreement
As a TIM Consulting student, you:
Acknowledge and confirm your acceptance of TIM Consulting “Terms and Conditions. “Agree to abide by and adhere to TIM Consulting “Terms and Conditions” at all times.
Understand the responsibilities associated with course fees and payment plan requirements.
Course Material and Resources
Courses are provided in an online learning environment and may not be downloadable. The content in the online course materials, including copyright and all other intellectual property contained therein, remains the property of TIM Consulting . Course materials and assessments are subject to change. Course study hours are estimates only.
Course materials are provided online via our Learning Management System (LMS) 24/7. Course materials include online resources such as interactive and written learning content, videos, quizzes, and assessments. The LMS may occasionally be unavailable during scheduled maintenance.
Assessment and Quizzes
Assessments are included in courses. Quizzes are included in most courses.
Course Withdrawal and Refunds
Refund Eligibility You are eligible for a refund of fees paid under the following conditions:
Course Cancellation: If TIM Consulting cancels your nominated course before you have logged in to the system, you are entitled to a full refund.
Student Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your enrolment after the 7-day cooling-off period and the course has not yet been accessed, you are entitled to a refund, minus a $50 administrative fee (to cover processing and set up costs we incur). If cancellation occurs after the course has been accessed, there will be no refund provided.
Cooling-Off Period: If you choose to cancel your enrolment within the 7-day cooling-off period, you are entitled to a refund, minus a $50 administrative fee (to cover processing and set up costs we incur).
To withdraw from a course, you must submit a formal request via the "Request to Withdraw " form.
Requesting Withdrawal After the Cooling-Off Period: Refunds are not offered beyond the 7-day cooling-off period due to the significant intellectual property and goodwill associated with our courses. If you have further questions, feel free to contact us at via email
- Transfer to a different course if your current course is unsuitable.
- Transfer your course to another person (such as a work colleague).
- Pause your course for an agreed period.
Course Commencement
Unless otherwise agreed, the course commencement date will be the date of issuance of a username and password for online course access.
Course Changes and Updates
TIM Consulting is dedicated to providing students with the most current and relevant information. Therefore, we may periodically update, change, or amend our courses to ensure they remain up-to-date and aligned with industry standards.
Course Transfer
Course transfers are permitted if you wish to withdraw from studies and can find a replacement, subject to TIM Consulting “Terms and Conditions.” Course transfer applications will be processed in accordance with TIM Consulting “Terms and Conditions.” Processing times for course transfers may take between 7 to 20 business days.
Fees and Charges
By enrolling in the course, you agree to pay the course fees (plus applicable surcharges) using the payment method you selected under the course enrolment agreement. You are required to pay the total amount of the course fees even if you do not complete your course.
Student fees will include the necessary e-learning resources, such as online interactive resources, online PDFs, or workbooks, depending on the course of study chosen.
Where fees are not paid on time, TIM Consulting may refer the outstanding balance to a debt collection agency 7 days after the final notice.
If a payment is dishonoured the student will be charged a dishonour fee of $14.95. The student will be liable for all courses incurred by TIM Consulting in collecting debt including but not limited to dishonour fees, commission, fees and other courses charged by any debt collection agency. The student will also be liable to any other associated legal costs and disbursements on a solicitor/client basis including court costs if applicable.
Personal Information
To conduct its proper business and as required under the Privacy Act 1988 and other laws, regulations, and contractual agreements by which it is bound, TIM Consulting may use the student information it holds and may disclose personal information to external agencies such as government departments, bodies responsible for course moderation and professional accreditation or membership and debt collection agencies.
Student Obligations
Students studying with TIM Consulting MUST adhere to the following:
- Provide correct and up-to-date information and details
- Participate responsibly and ethically with all mentors, and staff
- Be respectful at all times
- Use the LMS according to study requirements
- Contact student support services for assistance as required
- Reach out to mentors for assistance when needed
- Participate in online study forums if able
- Respect administrative processing times where applicable
Students MUST NOT:
- Post false or misleading comments on the LMS
- Provide false or misleading information to student support, mentors, and staff
- Be defamatory to other students, mentors, and staff
- Post false or misleading comments on social media, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Use abusive language, either verbally or in writing, towards students, mentors, and staff
- Claim credit for another person’s work
Student Conduct
Respectful and professional conduct toward our staff and mentors is essential. We are committed to addressing and resolving any issues you may encounter; however, any form of abuse toward our team members will not be tolerated. In cases of abusive behaviour, we reserve the right to cancel your course enrolment and remove you from the learning platform.
Course Expiry and Access
You can continue access to your course online for a period of twelve (12) months from date of enrolment, provided:
- The course remains active on our website
- The course is owned by TIM Consulting
- The course is not currently being reviewed or improved
- You have logged in and participated in more than 25% of the course within the previous three (3) months
- You have paid your account in full.
